After reading up a bit about it at the their site ( here ) I got intrigued and asked deftweightloss.com to buy me some to try out to see if it works.

When it arrived it came in a very discreet package which is handy for those people who are a bit embarrassed buying them. Inside the package it had lots of boxes with 90 tablets in each, that’s alot of tablets in each box. Seems there is alot of hoodia gordonii packed into them.

The tablets themselves don’t taste of anything and because of the shape they go down easily, I take 2 after a meal. I did notice that my hunger was reduced alot during the day which led to me snacking much less and when I did eat, I ate a lot less than I usually do, and this was just on the first day.
