2. Tell yourself that constant excuse that healthy food is a pain to cook? Buy pre-made healthy food, this may cost more but it in the end you will notice your weight slowing shifiting down. Caution, some pre-made “healthy food” isn’t as healthy as they claim. Read the back of the packet as much as you can.

3. Chew more and eat slower, this gives your stomach time to tell you that you are getting full. A tip is with each mouthfull do the full alphabet in your head, or count to 20 seconds.

4. Smaller portions, you may get a bit hungry for a few days but after that your stomach will grow smaller and you will need less food to get satisfied!

5. Agianst common belief fruit juices arn’t as healthy as you believe. If you drink alot of fruit juices cut down or don’t drink any and just go for the whole fruit instead.

6. Snack! This may sound counter productive but it has been proven many times that if you snack on light food then you will end up eating less and not have those nasty cravings for fatty foods. Good examples of healthy snacks are fruit/salad, low fat cheese.

7.Brush your teeth! Who wants to eat with that really strong minty taste in your mouth? I know I don’t want to. You can also try brushing after eating which can

8. Drink milk instead of fizzy drink. Not only does this help cut out alot of sugar but milk

9. Eat soup, it’s damn easy to make and it has a lower calorie content than most meals. Eaten with a slice of bread and it can be very filling so you won’t get hungry later on.

10. Number 10 and I feel this is the most obvious and you my sigh while reading this but I feel the need
to add this to the list. Don’t eat sweets! don’t drink fizzy drinks! If you feel that you shouldn’t be eating it,
then don’t! Give it a week without it and you will stop craving it for forever.
